A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for the Public Sector. Key Responsibilities : Serve as the primary contact for Public Sector customers, addressing their needs promptly Educate and support clients to optimize their utilization of the product suite Resolve customer queries and issues, escalating when necessary, while developing relationships across customer organizations Required Qualifications : 5-10 years of enterprise-level technology-related support or technical account management experience Experience in the Telecommunications market, ideally with support for the Public Sector Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel functions Exceptional technical problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies Familiarity with the ESRI ArcGIS platform and services is beneficial
