About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to spearhead the recruiting function and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiting professionals, building scalable systems, and ensuring that headcount planning is in line with the company's business growth. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive core areas such as recruiting enablement, headcount governance, capacity planning, talent marketing, candidate experience, analytics, and systems infrastructure. The primary mission is to enable predictable, high-quality hiring at scale, thereby fueling the company's continued success. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing global TA operations and strategy. Deep expertise in scaling recruiting infrastructure in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly in SaaS or developer tooling, is essential. The role requires a proven track record of partnering with senior executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, metrics-driven, and have a strong background in change management. A business-first mindset, with a focus on talent as a strategic lever for growth, is also a key attribute for the role.
