The Plant Operations I position at South Central Hospital is a critical role responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the hospital's physical plant systems. This role focuses on maintaining, monitoring, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support uninterrupted hospital services. The successful candidate will play a key part in minimizing downtime and optimizing the performance of essential infrastructure, directly contributing to patient safety and comfort. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or plant operations, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate standard maintenance equipment.
