HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician – Class C Property (EPA Required | CPO a Plus)

Location : Denver, CO

We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to join a Class C apartment community. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader, ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the property’s maintenance team
Perform and delegate work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair
Ensure make-ready units are completed efficiently and meet property standards
Maintain compliance with safety and preventive maintenance programs
Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and office staff

Requirements :

EPA Certification required

CPO Certification a plus

Proven experience as a lead or senior maintenance technician

Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work hands-on daily

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
