A prominent mid-sized Houston-based energy law firm is seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Production Title Opinion Attorney to join their thriving team. This role is fully remote , with attorneys located coast-to-coast. What You’ll Do :

Draft and review production title opinions

Advise clients on mineral title and ownership issues

Conduct due diligence and legal research related to oil & gas production

Optionally manage junior attorneys (and earn hourly management rate )

Work closely with clients, landmen, and internal teams on sophisticated title matters

What You Bring :

4+ years of experience focused on oil & gas title opinions (production-stage preferred)

Strong knowledge of title in Texas and / or North Dakota basins (Permian / Bakken)

Exceptional legal writing and issue-spotting skills

JD from an accredited law school and active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Independent, self-motivated, and deadline-driven

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary tailored to you – Based on experience and agreed-upon billable goals
