Minimum requirements :

Current, unencumbered Utah RN license (or compact state) and graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Two or more years of nursing experience in a med / surg and / or emergency department setting.

Current BLS certification.

ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications or ability to obtain and use appropriately.
