MD / DO - Family Medicine - Fond Du Lac, WI

Froedtert ThedaCare Health , a highly successful northeast Wisconsin non-profit health system, seeks a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician for our Fond du Lac, WI location. Practice Highlights :

• Full- and part-time opportunities to practice outpatient-based family medicine, with inpatient and / or procedural opportunities if desired
• 1.0 FTE consists of 35 patient contact hours
• Can accommodate a four-day work week
• Join an established team of 2 physicians and 4 APPs
• Strong organizational infrastructure with nursing, administrative, and specialty support
• Epic EMR utilized system-wide with integrated DAX copilot and Dragon dictation tools

Clinic Hours : M-F 7 : 00a-5 : 00p

Call Rotation : 1 : 10 with all other primary care physicians in the NEMG group.
