A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of customer issues from start to solution, including troubleshooting and resolving them
Manage a high volume of operational tickets, coordinating with external partners for timely resolution
Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quick resolutions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in a structured support environment
Hands-on experience in identifying, reproducing, and resolving customer-reported issues
Familiarity with technical products, particularly API-driven tools is a plus
Experience supporting US healthcare or diagnostic products is a nice to have
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
