Our client is currently hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Positions are based in Quakertown and assigned within local school districts. Each SLP will be paired with an individual student and will also serve additional students to support full-time scheduling.
Role Overview
Deliver speech and language services including evaluations, Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development, direct intervention, and collaborative support to educators and families. Services are aligned with IDEA, PA Chapter 14, and Act 212 guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and identify students with communication disorders.
- Conduct screenings independently or within multidisciplinary / transdisciplinary teams.
- Draft evaluation reports (ER) and develop IEPs alongside teachers, parents, and staff.
- Provide targeted therapy : individual, group, classroom-based, or community-based.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support communication development and literacy.
- Design and facilitate trainings focused on communication and literacy.
- Support curriculum development and grant-based initiatives related to language and literacy.
Qualifications
