Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Brakes Design Engineer with a focus on chassis to join our Vehicle Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will design and develop foundation brake components from initial concept through to production, ensuring top-quality and efficiency at both system and component levels. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers, managing multi-faceted projects in a high-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop foundation brake components from concept to production.
• Establish component requirements based on desired vehicle attributes and manage validation activities.
• Pursue design excellence at system and component level, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers for optimal system integration.
• Coordinate both virtual engineering and physical validation testing for designs, while managing multiple complex projects.
