Behavior Technician

Love working with kids as a nanny, early childhood educator, paraeducator, special education aide, tutor, coach, or camp leader? Bring that experience to our center-based ABA program. At JumpStart Autism Collective, you will receive paid training that exceeds industry standards, earn your RBT certification, and help children ages two to twelve build language, play, self-help, and social skills. You will be part of a supportive team with Clinical Psychologists, BCBAs, and seasoned RBTs who mentor you, review data with you, and cheer your wins. We pair ABA with Precision Teaching so you learn to make evidence-based decisions.

Pay and schedule : Training pay is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. After training, $18.50 to $19.50 per hour depending on experience. Full time works Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm, guaranteed 30 to 40 hours. Part time chooses a steady block between, mornings 7 : 45 am to 1 : 15 pm or afternoons 11 : 45 am to 5 : 15 pm, guaranteed 20 to 30 hours. No evenings. No weekends.

What you will do : Provide one-on-one therapy with children diagnosed with autism, follow individualized plans, take accurate data, keep learning spaces safe and organized, collaborate closely with your BCBA, and make learning fun!

What you bring : Love for working with children, reliability, coachability, and clear communication. High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license, and a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle are required.
