As we grow, were hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. This isnt just a bookkeeping role its a hands-on accounting position designed for someone whos ready to bring structure, insight, and strategy to a high-growth company.

What Youll Be Responsible For :

  • Managing all day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks Online
  • Overseeing accounts payable & receivable , vendor payments, and client invoicing
  • Completing weekly reconciliations for bank, credit card, and loan accounts
  • Producing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Maintaining accurate job costing , contractor payments, and project-level profitability
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and leadership reporting
  • Supporting year-end financials, tax prep, and CPA coordination
  • Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and internal controls

What Were Looking For :

  • 3+ years of accounting or full-charge bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and small business accounting practices
  • Construction or home services experience a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving, growth-minded environment
  • Comfortable balancing both routine and strategic accounting tasks
