As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will remain visible throughout your shift, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with all individuals. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and / or client representatives as required.

Assist visitors and employees with inquiries and provide directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access.

Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal procedures and client expectations.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
