Schedule : Monday–Friday, Between- 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Some Weekends

Compensation : $26-$40 Based on Experience | Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement | Benefits available

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Finish Carpenter with leadership experience to take on a dual role as Job Superintendent .

Position Overview :

This unique position blends hands-on finish carpentry with on-site management responsibilities. The right candidate is a master craftsman who can also lead a crew, coordinate subcontractors, and manage jobsite schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform high-quality finish carpentry : trim, doors, cabinetry, built-ins, etc.
  • Oversee daily on-site operations and supervise small crews and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project vision is realized
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Order materials and track inventory for assigned jobs
  • Ensure work meets or exceeds company quality standards and building codes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site issues quickly and professionally
  • Any additional trade experience is a bonus

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of finish carpentry experience (custom residential preferred)
  • Prior supervisory or job site management experience required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Comfortable with job tracking and basic documentation
  • Must have own tools and valid driver's license
