About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth through strategic M&A activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of identifying, sourcing, structuring, and leading the execution of M&A deals, joint ventures, and other strategic investments. This includes working closely with business units to map out strategic opportunities, assessing acquisition candidates, conducting financial analyses, and leading negotiations. The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong corporate finance skill set, the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record in deal management and execution. Candidates for the Vice President of Corporate Development position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance, and at least 10 years of deep M&A experience in a corporate development, investment banking, or private equity environment. A principal mindset, senior executive presence, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels are essential. The role requires a self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, who can manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. An MBA or other post-graduate degree, as well as experience in FinTech, data and analytics, AI, or related technology sectors, is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, adept at identifying and pursuing inorganic growth opportunities, and will have a proven ability to lead due diligence and integration processes.
