Job descriptionModern clinic completed in 2018, featuring advanced imaging, Radiation Oncology, lab services, and a 14-chair infusion center Monday-Friday schedule, with the potential for flexible hours Outpatient-only position, with no inpatient rounding required Telephonic call shared equally between physicians and APPs, typically 0-3 calls over a 24-hour period Board-certified / eligible in Hematology / Oncology Strong desire to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team environment Located in a scenic community known for its outdoor activities and proximity to the Sierra Nevada Mountains Enjoy a balanced lifestyle with easy access to nature, and a family-friendly environment A welcoming, close-knit community that values work-life balance
COMPENSATION AND PERK
- Guaranteed Salary + Production ($1M+ total Compensation)
- $45,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Annual Quality Bonus : Up to $25,000
- APP Oversight Compensation : $7,500 / year
