L ocation : Newburgh, NY (On Site)

Hours : M-F 830 am to 5 pm (40 hours)

Salary : $310,000 to $320,000

Direct applicants are eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus

Primary Responsibilities :

Thriving in a dynamic environment with a diverse psychiatric patient population.

Excellent communication proficiency.

Employing a wide range of diagnostic and recovery-oriented methodologies.

Demonstrating expertise in psychiatric medications and adhering to best practices.

Collaborating effectively within a cohesive team structure.

Understanding and adhering to reimbursement and productivity standards, with the ability to hold others accountable.

Providing medical leadership and oversight at clinical sites assigned by the Medical Director. Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements according to OMH regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications :

MD License and Board Certification

Supervisory experience

Minimum of 4 years of post-residency experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, preferably in an outpatient setting.

Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior clinicians, and contributing to program development.

Ability to build rapport with patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and effectively manage complex cases.
