Job descriptionGuest Services Representative / Front-of-House Support Deliver the Canyon Ranch standard of excellence in guest service and hospitality. Adapt quickly to new environments, property layouts, and operational teams. Provide hands-on support wherever needed to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold brand standards and contribute to a culture of wellness, teamwork, and service. 3+ years of professional hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or wellness environments. Strong adaptability and willingness to work in multiple roles. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive in changing environments. Ability to travel nationally and commit to multi-week assignments as scheduled. Competitive pay based on role and assignment. All travel expenses covered (airfare, transportation). On-site housing and meals provided during assignments. Opportunities to gain experience across multiple properties and departments. Work-life balance through pre-planned quarterly scheduling.

Canyon Ranch is seeking flexible Hospitality Support Specialists to join our growing team. This unique position is designed for flexible, hospitality-driven professionals who are open to travel and excited to contribute their expertise across multiple roles and departments.
These colleagues will provide operational support at any of our properties—Tucson, Lenox, or Austin (2026)—depending on business needs. Colleagues must submit their availability one quarter in advance, and Canyon Ranch will match schedules with placement opportunities based on business need.
Responsibilities
- Step into roles across Food & Beverage, Culinary, and Guest Services, including but not limited to :
Cook, Chef, Server, Host, Food & Beverage Manager
Qualifications

Can live anywhere in the US with availability to travel to property as needed.
