Salary : $18.00-$25.00

Primary Responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver daily lessons aligned with grade-level standards for ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies across Grades 35.
• Design differentiated instruction to accommodate multiple learning levels within one classroom.
• Integrate project-based learning, technology tools, and hands-on activities to enrich the learning experience.
• Develop and implement daily schedules and classroom routines that balance whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction.
• Conduct regular student assessments (formative and summative) and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom culture where students feel respected and valued.
• Support social-emotional learning, character development, and positive behavior through daily guidance and reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate records for attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
• Communicate effectively and consistently with parents and school staff regarding student performance and classroom updates.
• Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as scheduled.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and dismissal as part of daily duties.
• Other duties as needed.
