Martin / Martin, Inc. is currently seeking a Project Coordinator in our Lakewood, Colorado office. The Project Coordinator must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ability to provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients, multi-task, and attention to detail is required. The Project Coordinator must be able to work each day as a team player with administrative assistants and works directly with engineering teams and provides variety of support including project filing, report compilation and formatting, meeting minutes, and managing large project PSF forms.

Examples Of Responsibilities
Word processing duties including proposals, letters, comment and responses, specifications, and meeting notesBook travel arrangementsAssist in meeting preparation and clean-upCover front desk duties including coving phones, scheduling meetings, and responding to client requestsAbility to independently pick up assignments that require direct coordination with engineers such as PE registrations.Strong knowledge of company standards and procedures, with the ability to pick up more complicated word processing requests (such as complex reports and specifications), backcheck other team members, and understand when a request needs supervisor or lead involvement.Balances word processing requests with additional responsibilities that may include some project coordination work, heavy committee involvement, serving as a liaison with other corporate teams, and processing extra administrative projectsProvides project-related assistance to assigned engineering teams or corporate projects. Project coordinating duties are over 20 hours / week.Performs word processing when not engaged in project coordinator dutiesWORKING CONDITIONS / SKILLS / ABILITIES
This position is primarily administrative in nature, working mostly inside of the office completing a wide range of activities. The following abilities are required :
