About the Role

As Lead Systems Engineer, youll take charge of high-level systems engineering tasks in a dynamic Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. Youll mentor a team, architect scalable solutions, and help shape the future of our infrastructure and team structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Systems Engineers
• Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures across multiple client environments
• Manage Hyper-V Clustering and virtualization systems
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
• Provide onsite support in Tampa and Orlando as needed
