About The Position

We are seeking 2 experienced Gastroenterologists to provide inpatient-only locum coverage starting January 1, 2026 in Lufkin, TX . This is a proactive search to help cover an upcoming need with full-time GI blocks. Providers will handle consults and perform procedures—no outpatient clinic responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Active Texas License

ERCP experience required

ACLS certification

Able to commit to 1–2 week full-time blocks (no part-time availability)

Clean malpractice and disciplinary history preferred
