Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

Are you a detail-driven, strategic financial professional who loves optimizing processes and leading teams? We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support the growth of our organization. About the Role As the Accounting Manager, you will manage day-to-day accounting functions, supervise accounting staff, and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. You’ll play a key role in strengthening internal controls, supporting audits, and partnering with leadership on budgeting and forecasting. Key Responsibilities Oversee general ledger operations and month-end / year-end closing processes Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies Supervise and mentor accounting staff Coordinate and support annual audits and tax filings Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; 2+ years in a leadership role Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Why Join Us?
