Location : Concord, CA and across Northern California
School Year : 2025-2026 (potential to extend contract)

Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plansImplement therapeutic interventions for to meet IEP goalsCollaborate with the IEP team for student's success in the school settingProvide hands-on therapy for children with sensory, motor, and developmental challengesCollaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate documentation and progress reportsEducate caregivers on strategies to support skill development at homeQualifications :
Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyActive California Occupational Therapy License (Required)Prior pediatric experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhy Choose Ascend?
