Health Care 4 All is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for private duty, long-term care in St. Cloud, Florida. This is a 12-hour night shift position providing one-on-one care in a home setting. You’ll care for medically complex clients, including pediatric and adult patients, delivering individualized, high-quality care as an independent contractor.

🔑 Key Responsibilities :

Provide overnight, one-on-one skilled nursing care in St. Cloud, FL

Monitor and respond to changes in client health status

Administer prescribed medications and treatments

Document all nursing care accurately

Communicate effectively with care teams and family members

Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards

Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First Aid) if needed

✅ Qualifications :

Active RN license in Florida (Required)

Fluent in Spanish (Required)

Current CPR / First Aid certification

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Comfortable working independently in home environments

Availability for overnight (12-hour) shifts in St. Cloud
