Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GLP Software Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining GLP-compliant software systems that support laboratory operations. This role requires a strong understanding of GLP regulations, software administration, and laboratory processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain GLP software systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to understand software needs and provide training and support.
- Monitor software performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and maintain data integrity protocols in accordance with GLP standards.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of software systems as required by GLP guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to software administration, including user manuals and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Validation team, IT, and software vendors for system upgrades, patches, and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GLP software solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software administration, preferably in a GLP-compliant laboratory environment.Strong understanding of GLP regulations and laboratory practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications\Experience
Experience with software validation and qualification processes.Software of Interest : SciexOS, Analyst, Chromeleon, Debra and Laura, MassHunter, OL Chemstation, OL Ezchrom, OMNIC, Crry UV / VISCertification in GLP or related fields is a plus.Regards,
