We are a group of 70+ PT / OT / and SLP colleagues working as an evidence based and collaborative team.We have experienced PT / OT and SLP teammates with 15-20 years of experience working alongside newer clinicians bringing current and novel trends and evidence based practice.

Mercy General Hospital is in a unique location, at the heart of the "fabulous 40s" in East Sacramento. We function as a local community hospital, as well as a magnet for Cardiac Intervention on the west coast, and we are the home to Dignity Health's only Sacramento Area Acute Rehabilitation Unit!

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
• Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
