Job Title : Diet Technician / Administrative Coordinator (Full-Time)

Anne Till Nutrition Group is seeking a Diet Technician / Administrative Coordinator to support our outpatient nutrition practice. This role combines front desk administrative responsibilities with technical nutrition support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and interested in working in an evidence-based nutrition environment.
This position supports our dietitians in delivering high-quality nutrition care, including some patient-facing interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Diet Technician Duties
- Assist dietitians with preparing individualized meal plans
- Conduct body composition analysis (training provided)
- Conduct metabolic testing (training provided)
- Perform nutrient analysis using practice software
- Assist with data collection for assessment (food logging review prep, etc.)
- Assist with recipe selection, nutrient substitution, and modification
- Support creation of nutrition resources, handouts, and patient tools
- Maintain stocks of sample products, educational materials, and testing supplies
- Calibrate, maintain, and prepare testing equipment as needed
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Welcome and check in patients in personAnswer and route incoming phone calls professionallySchedule appointments and support calendar managementVerify insurance benefits and assist with billing questionsProcess payments and maintain financial logs as neededMaintain tidy, organized, and well-supplied reception areaTrack, scan, file, and manage documents and patient formsUpdate electronic health records accurately and efficientlySupport marketing and communications activities when assignedRequirements & Skills
Experience in a medical or nutrition practice environment preferredFamiliarity with nutrition-related tasks, nutrient analysis, or meal planning preferredComfortable with Apple computers, Google Workspace, MS OfficeExperience with EHR systems preferredExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attitude and customer service mindsetA Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR), OR a Bachelor's or Associate degree or coursework in nutrition, dietetics, or related science, is preferredSchedule & Workplace Details
