Responsibilities : As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)at Snowline Health, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to our patients and their families.

The position is based out of Diamond Springs, CA, and involves a hybrid of on-site and remote work. ? The role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary and palliative care to elderly patients in home-based and clinic settings. ?

Your duties will include :
