The Role at a Glance :
As a Inside Sales Representative you’ll be :
- Utilizing analytics tools to identify ‘at risk’ accounts within distinct client groups.
- Track and report weekly on activity based KPIs to show progress on client engagement against expectations.
- Book daily appointments with ‘at risk’ subscribers and, based on research, showcase where greater use of the service benefits them.
- Supporting the subscriptions team, ensuring the correct on-boarding for new and renewed clients as well as resolving issues directly with customers.
