A part-time Physical Therapist (PT) position is available to provide essential school-based therapy services to K-12 students in Fishers, Indiana. This contract role spans a full semester, offering an opportunity to support students mobility and functional needs in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver physical therapy services to students with various disabilities, ranging from preschool through high school
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support and achieve student IEP goals
• Perform evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans, including detailed documentation and reports
• Provide direct and consultative therapy as outlined in student IEPs
• Assist in creating strategies and acmodations to enhance students physical participation in school activities
• Participate in IEP meetings to municate student progress and remend adjustments to therapies
