In addition to hiring full-time CDL drivers, we are actively open to drivers who want to own or lease a volumetric concrete mixer truck and operate as an independent contractor loading directly from our fully automated yard in Palmetto. We are also hiring full-time W2 CDL Class B drivers to operate company-owned volumetric concrete mixer trucks in the Manatee County region. Compensation : Starting at $25.00–$35.00 / hour, depending on experience

Plus : Overtime pay, driver performance bonuses, and referral bonuses

Job Responsibilities :

• Safely drive and operate a volumetric concrete mixer truck for job sites across the region
• Conduct daily DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Calibrate, batch, and mix concrete materials on-site per specifications
• Load cement, stone, and sand into the truck using loader or bulk systems
• Keep truck and work area clean and well-maintained
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively and professionally with dispatch, customers, and site contacts, English (Required) & Spanish (preferred but not required)
