Imaging Production Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the information management industry, is seeking an Imaging Production Specialist 1 to join their team. As an Imaging Production Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting document processing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range : $16.00

Shift : 6 : 30 : AM - 03 : 00 : PM

What's the Job?

• Operate scanners and processing equipment to digitize documents accurately and efficiently
• Verify the accuracy of scanned documents and perform quality checks
• Document files and release scanned materials to clients or internal teams
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and troubleshoot scanner issues as needed
• Support team members with rotating tasks related to document processing and indexing
