Job Description : We are seeking a skilled Bobcat Equipment Technician with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on expertise in diesel engines, hydraulic and hydrostatic systems, and electrical / electronic systems . This role includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Bobcat equipment both at customer job sites and in our facility. Essential Functions :

• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Bobcat equipment and related systems
• Perform diagnostics on diesel engines, hydraulic / hydrostatic systems, and electrical / electronic systems
• Use various diagnostic software to assist in the evaluation, repair, or installation of equipment.
• Provide failure analysis, repair solutions, and performance recommendations to improve equipment reliability
• Perform general maintenance, inspections, and post-rental evaluations on equipment
• Assist customers with technical support, maintenance planning, and equipment needs
• Read and interpret service manuals, wiring schematics, hydraulic diagrams, and parts breakdowns
• Document all service and repair activities through detailed work orders
• Maintain a service vehicle with the necessary tools, equipment, and parts to ensure efficient repairs
• Support equipment start-ups, installations, and other service assignments as needed
