At Crossroads Animal Emergency & Referral Center , you’ll experience the closeness of a supportive, local team — with the stability, growth opportunities, and community that come from being part of Thrive Pet Healthcare’s nationwide network. We’re a 24-hour emergency facility in the heart of Norwalk, California , providing comprehensive emergency and referral services, including surgery, digital radiology, ultrasonography, and more . Our integrated, team-based approach allows for seamless collaboration across cases, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Your Role : Emergency Veterinarian

As an Emergency Veterinarian at Crossroads Animal Emergency & Referral Center , you’ll join a dynamic, multi-doctor ER team dedicated to delivering exceptional medicine and compassionate care.

You’ll have access to a network of experienced specialists and medical leaders ready to collaborate, share knowledge, and champion your professional growth. You’ll also work alongside a highly trained support staff who share your passion for patient care and teamwork.

Our hospital offers advanced tools and technology to support complex diagnostics and treatments — empowering you to practice cutting-edge, evidence-based emergency medicine. We’re seeking a doctor who values collaboration, communication, and community — and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER setting.

Compensation

We offer a competitive, no-negative-accrual PROSAL model that rewards both your time and your talent.

Annual range : $160,000–$250,000 (dependent on experience, skill set, and location).

Additional compensation opportunities are available through production and shift differentials.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent
• Active California Veterinary License (or eligibility prior to start)
• Active DEA license or eligibility
