Job description1099 provider in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Average daily census : 22-25 patients Day call coverage : 8 AM-6 PM 2-3 days per week Competitive compensation package Opportunity for Medical Director role over SNF buildings (with additional compensation) CME allowance Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance (with optional dental, vision, short- and long-term disability) Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Medical licensure and credentialing fees covered Strong administrative support available 7 days per week
Position : Skilled Nursing Facility Physician
Specialty : Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine
Location : St. Augustine, Florida
Requirements
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board Eligible / Board Certified
- Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner
