Registered Nurse- Endoscopy

Location : 109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive Wilmington, North Carolina 28411 Schedule : Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Night Shift, 7p-7a. Department : Endoscopy Benefits : For more benefit information, please visit our website here : Onboarding : Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership. What We're Looking For : Education : 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred. Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required. Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred. Licensure / Certification : Licensed as an RN in North Carolina, required. ACLS and PALS certification, preferred. Additional Skills (required) : Strong background in patient centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, TJC / AAAHC and other required organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication.
