Key Responsibilities

Advise on environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for data center operations across multiple jurisdictions in the US and EU

Support health and safety compliance efforts

Ensure adherence to environmental regulations related to air, water, and waste issues

Required Qualifications

Experience with environmental regulations in the US and EU

Licensing to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction, active and in good standing

Mid-senior level experience in legal practice

Full-time availability for a duration of 6-12 months

Ability to work remotely
