Inventory Control Lead

A company is looking for an Inventory Lead to manage and optimize inventory operations across multiple systems. Key Responsibilities Reconcile inventory levels reported by 3PLs with those in ERP and internal systems Generate, analyze, and improve manual inventory reports until automation is implemented Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory data is reliable and actionable Required Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in inventory control within warehouses or 3PL environments Solid understanding of warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, returns, cycle counting, etc.) Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Tableau is a plus Familiarity with ERP and / or WMS systems; NetSuite experience is a plus Practical knowledge of AI tools for automation and workflow optimization
