StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate : $294.88 - $319.20

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule :  8a-5p clinic or operating room
• Job Setting : Hospital and Clinic
• Types of Cases :  Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in the operating room
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic
• Must have active BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Must have an active Illinois license
