Job descriptionInjury prevention and rehabilitation Employee wellness and workplace fitness Fostering strong communication and collaboration Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention programs Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies Develop and oversee wellness initiatives and provide job coaching Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols Lead group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions Expand and promote the company's workplace fitness program Design and implement injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching Engage employees through health-focused initiatives and educational workshops Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to optimize workplace wellness Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Be part of a supportive, inclusive team that values professional growth Make a meaningful impact by fostering workplace health and safety Work in an environment where diversity and individuality are celebrated
