Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt of materials and supplies, supporting our production processes and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and supplies
• Record and document all received items accurately in inventory management systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and proper delivery
• Store received items in designated areas, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
• Prepare and process receiving reports and related documentation
• Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation
• Communicate with production teams regarding delivery status and discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
