Ancillary Staff per Provider : 1 : 1

Number of Exam Rooms per Provider : 2-3

Clinic Provider Daily Volume : 30 or more Patients

Electronic Medical Record : Allscripts and Cerner

MANDATED Job Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible : Required
