Senior Oracle HCM Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Fusion HCM Functional Analyst. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service support, diagnose, replicate, and resolve complex functional issues Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and collaborate with technical teams on configuration and testing Offer implementation advice and support for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM / ERP Cloud implementation and support Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects, with 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME Hands-on experience in at least 5 Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits, and Talent Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios Technical skills in SQL, OTBI / BIP / FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, and BPM workflows
