We are currently looking for an experienced On-site Coordinator to join our operations team at our client site located in Canonsburg, PA . This person will work directly with the Operations Manager to support the daily operations of the facility.

The ideal candidate must be a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Shift Hours : 8 : 30am-5pm (must be able to flex somedays to cover additional shifts)

Pay - $50-55K

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of facility associates.
• Assist with Employee Relations conflicts, situations, investigations when they arise
• Promote employee engagement through continual interaction with employees on a daily basis.
• Field inbound communications - Answer phone calls / general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling - Set up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize internal resources - Build out and maintain processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.
• Liaise with visitors - Act as point person for office guests.
• Communicate policies and procedures - Alert employees of new processes, rules and regulations.
• Proficiency with Time Keeping Systems and VMS - prefer experience with use of VMS' and time keeping systems
• Additional duties as assigned
