About the Team

Our Managing Partner practice focuses on supporting subscribers of the Workday Success Plan in North America. We aim to deliver relevant industry insights, practical value realization from Workday's technology, and peer learning networks. We operate like a start-up within a larger organization, continuously seeking innovative ways to ensure customer success on their cloud journey.

About the Role

The Managing Partner is responsible for the success of deploying and supporting a group of customers. This includes developing executive relationships, ensuring successful deployment, adding value, and fostering customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Collaboration with sales, consulting, and product teams is essential.

Success metrics include customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

About You

  • Collaborate with sales teams to position and upsell Workday products and services, maximizing customer value.
  • Oversee successful deployment, drive adoption, and promote new features and services.
  • Support sales cycles and help customers understand how to engage with Workday services.
  • Partner to identify additional value and expand subscriptions.
  • Participate in partner selection and guide complex accounts with global considerations.
  • Build strategic plans and maintain executive relationships.
  • Provide guidance to project teams, manage escalations, and support account planning.
  • Leverage customer relationships for references and growth opportunities.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 10+ years deploying large Cloud SaaS ERP solutions, with experience in healthcare, government, or similar sectors.
  • 2+ years with cloud-native HR or Finance software as a leader or hands-on implementer.
  • 8+ years developing and maintaining C-level relationships for strategic partnerships.
  • Other Qualifications :

    Excellent stakeholder management, leadership in matrixed teams, strategic account planning, and strong customer insights are essential. Building and maintaining strong client and partner relationships is crucial.

    Base salary ranges are provided, varying by location, with potential bonuses and stock grants. Compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.

    Our Flex Work model combines in-person and remote work, requiring at least 50% in-office time quarterly. This flexibility supports deep connections and effective collaboration.
