We are looking for a software development manager to help us keep the cloud running smoothly. Reporting to the senior manager of Resiliency, the Fleet Health Manager leads an uptime focused team which delivers automation to keep our products healthy. You will interface with teams across the organization to identify and automate the resolution of issues before they impact our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Growing and leading a highly-collaborative engineering team
• Helping the team achieve higher standards of performance and product quality
• Introducing and improving processes for team performance and quality-of-life
• Collaborating with product owners and cross-functional teams to design idiomatic, feature-rich, and operationally sustainable software solutions
• Oversee the design and implementation of automating processes and building tools to improve operational efficiency
• Facilitating transparent, constructive communication and a fair, but growth-oriented, distribution of responsibilities between team members
• Providing coaching and counseling via mentoring, one-on-one meetings, etc
• Ensuring maximum uptime for our global infrastructure
• Coordinating operational work across teams to improve the platform with minimal impact
