Lead Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate business processes and develop solutions for improvement

Lead project management oversight and ensure alignment with Agile Scrum methodology

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff while managing stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field

Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Active IRS MBI Public Trust clearance required

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
