What You’ll Do
Lead and manage federal and state tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and exempt organizations
Review and approve complex tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering technical expertise and leadership skills
Maintain and grow client relationships, providing exceptional service and strategic guidance
Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s growth
What You Bring
CPA designation required
5+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting or advisory firm
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in US GAAP, IRS regulations, and tax compliance software
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
