RN Training Coordinator :

Community Health of Central Washington has an opening for a RN Training Coordinator to work closely with the Director of Clinical Programing & Innovations (DCPI) to oversee the clinical training and competency evaluations of nursing and medical assistant staff and assist in clinical initiatives that support clinician-oriented, value-based care transitions across CHCW sites.
The RN Training Coordinator will work with the CMO and DCPI to manage, inform, and implement projects that align strategic priorities related to value-based care transitions with clinical workflow standardization and optimization. In this role, you will establish, train and evaluate role-based competencies, skills checklists and recertification plans tied to program needs and quality / safety standards. You will engage in routine patient care to maintain clinical practice, pilot new clinical initiatives, and create patient access specific to value-based care initiatives.
Qualifications :
$38.22 - $47.21 hourly.
$1.00 bilingual differential (must pass ALTA).
